About

I help teams turn complicated technology into practical progress.

I’m a technology leader, engineer, consultant, and co-host of RegExPod. I enjoy turning complicated ideas into practical solutions and having honest conversations about what it really takes to build and run modern technology organizations.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked with more than 100 organizations, from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies. My work has included technology strategy, software engineering, cloud adoption, platform modernization, enterprise architecture, systems integration, and practical applications of AI.

I’ve led large programs, built engineering practices, scaled teams, and helped organizations make important technology decisions. But the work I enjoy most happens closer to the problem.

I like working directly with business leaders, operators, product teams, and engineers to understand what is really happening, identify what matters most, and move an idea from early direction through implementation and launch.

Through RegExPod, I explore many of these same topics with my co-host, Noah Heldman. We talk with technology leaders, founders, and builders about strategy, engineering, AI, product development, and the realities that often get left out of polished case studies and conference presentations.
